2022 Regional ADAC Performance Awards
Mayor Aleli Concepcion and MLGOO Olivia Mae De Guzman attend the 2022 Regional ADAC Performance Awards at Agora Events Center, Thunderbird Resort, City of San Fernando, La Union on February 3, 2023 with DILG Secretary Atty. Benjamin Abalos, Jr. as Keynote Speaker. Balaoan is one of the 22 National ADAC Awardees of Region 1 which was given Php 100,000 cash incentive.
It may be recalled that the 2022 National ADAC Awardees were recognized in a program held at the Tent City, Manila Hotel last December 2022 where Balaoan was presented its marker for having garnered a perfect score during the 2021 ADAC Performance Audit.
