45th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week
In celebration of the 45th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, the local government of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli Concepcion conducts tree planting activity participated in by the PWDs and Day Care Workers of the municipality, on July 20, 2023 at Brgy. Apatut, Balaoan, La Union.
The participants planted 100 fruit-bearing trees, contributing to environmental conservation and sustainability efforts in the municipality.
