Blood Donors Month and Awarding Cermony (August 24, 2023)

Mayor Aleli Concepcion and Ms. Jenelyn Navalta, Public Health Nurse, attend the 2023 Blood Donors Month and Awarding Ceremony at the Agora Events Center, Thunderbird Resort, Poro Point, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 24, 2023 wherein LGU Balaoan was recognized as TOP 2 LGU with higher population for its outstanding contribution in Region 1 Blood Services Network. The recognition is based on Blood Collection (50%), Blood Consumption (30%), and Mobile Blood Donations carried out by our LGU (20%).
