Business Owners Meeting (July 25, 2023)

Mayor Aleli Concepcion convenes public market section heads and various business establishment owners in the municipality together with Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator EnP. Charlie F. O. Balanon and Municipal Treasurer Mary Jane Turalba, among others on July 25, 2023, in connection with the strict enforcement of Municipal Ordinance No. 24 Series of 2017.
Said ordinance prohibits plastic bags for dry goods, regulates their use for wet goods, and bans Styrofoam as food and beverage containers in Balaoan. Penalties are prescribed for non-compliance.
