Ms. Zayra Joy Cabungan, Municipal Nutrition Action Officer, accompanies the winners of the recent Gawad ng Parangal sa Nutrisyon cum Nutrition Month Celebration of the Provincial Government of La Union to Mayor Aleli Concepcion on July 24, 2023 to present the various certificates and citations they received, to wit:
