Educational Financial Assistance Payout (May 3, 2023)

Mayor Aleli Concepcion joins Congressman Paolo Ortega and DSWD representatives in the Educational Financial Assistance Payout to 565 Grade 12 students of public secondary schools of Balaoan on May 3, 2023 at the Balaoan Farmers Civic Center. Each Grade 12 student received Php 3,000 educational assistance. Said program is made possible through the office of Congressman Paolo Ortega of the 1st district of La Union in partnership with the DSWD.
