SBM FEDERICO A. CONCEPCION, or Freddie may be a new face in the Sangguniang Bayan but definitely a very popular figure in the town of Balaoan. After working as a Process Server at Branch 34 Regional Trial Court of Balaoan, he decided to retire on May 4, 2015 to enjoy the company of his grandchildren.
But the call to public service was simply too strong to be resisted so he decided to run for the Sangguniang Bayan for after all, SBM Freddie belongs to the known Concepcion Clan who have served the municipal government for many years.
As a new member of the municipal council, he will greatly rely upon his previous experiences in business and in the public service to aid him in deliberating upon important legislations that will benefit the people of Balaoan along the areas of trade, commerce and industry, peace and order, and the active participation of the civil society and the private sectors in government.
