SBM HERMINIA M. ORDINARIOis a teacher by profession. She was the School Principal of Sinapangan National High School when she decided to retire this year after 38 years in the public service to be able to dedicate herself to serving the people of Balaoan as a member of the Sangguniang Bayan.
While with the Department of Education’s Division of La Union, SBM Hermie taught in different schools starting as a Substitute Teacher in 1978 and eventually retiring as a School Principal.
Being a dedicated educator and deeply religious, SBM Hermie intends to prioritize education and promote recreational services, community health and livelihood programs in order to improve the quality of life of the Balaoanians.
