ICS Executive Course (April 22-25, 2023)

Mayor Aleli Concepcion together with some Sangguniang Bayan Members, department heads and selected employees of the local government of Balaoan undergo the Incident Command System (ICS) Executive Course on April 22-25, 2023 at Basco, Batanes with facilitators from Office of Civil Defense Region I.
ICS is a standard, on-scene, all-hazard incident management concept which adopts an integrated organizational structure for response.
