The members of the Local School Board of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli Concepcion attend the 1st La Union Education Summit organized by the Provincial Government of La Union headed by Governor Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” A. Ortega-David in partnership with Synergeia Foundation on June 16, 2023 at Ynad’s Place Hotel and Resort, City of San Fernando, La Union which aims to formulate a shared vision and mission for the education sector in the province.
