LUPPO Flag Raising Ceremony (February 13, 2023)

Mayor Aleli Concepcion graces the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony of the La Union Police Provincial Office (LUPPO) as Guest of Honor and Speaker on February 13, 2023 at Marangal Grandstand, Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union. During the program, she likewise turned over 5 wheelchairs to PWD beneficiaries from Balaoan in support to the Gulong ng Suerte Program of PCOL Lambert Suerte, Provincial Director of LUPPO.
