Mobile Blood Donation 2023 – 1st Quarter (February 24, 2023)

Mayor Aleli Concepcion and ABC President Amiel John Concepcion and 125 other Balaoanians are successfully bled on February 24, 2023 during the municipality’s 1st mobile blood letting activity for year 2023. We are grateful to everyone who came despite February 24 having been declared a special non-working day. Kudos to all our blood donors!
