NDPR Celebration (July 18, 2023)

The local government of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli Concepcion, conducts Walang Maiiwan Program in celebration of the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week on July 18, 2023 at the Balaoan Farmers Civic Center with the theme: “Persons with Disabilities Accessibility and Rights: Towards a Sustainable Future where No one is Left Behind.”
The celebration featured lectures/forums for our kailian PWDs, group presentations, and parlor games, among others. Mayor Aleli Concepcion and SBM Herminia Ordinario, Chairman of the Committee on Social Services, Elderly, and Disabled, attended said program.
