Oplan ALELI MOA Signing (September 1, 2023)

The local government of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli U. Concepcion enters into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Education – Balaoan District represented by Dr. Dr. Alejo De Sesto, for the launching of “Oplan ALELI: Aksyon for LEarning and LIteracy”, a simultaneous pabasa/reading activity in all elementary and secondary public schools in the municipality, on September 1, 2023 at the LGU Conference Hall. Witnessing said MOA signing are the various public elementay and secondary school heads of Balaoan District and SBM Herminia Ordinario.
