Mayor Aleli Concepcion serves as Guest of Honor & Speaker during the Elementary Schools and High Schools Day Patronal Fiesta Celebration on September 9-10, 2023 at the Balaoan Farmers Civic Center. Various International dances were performed by the learners/students during the Elementary Schools Day, while High School Day showcased different dance genres.
