Search for Natatanging Ina 2023 (March 16, 2023)

In celebration of Women’s Month, the local government of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli Concepcion in partnership with the DSWD Field Office I 4Ps Program conducts a pageant for the Mothers of 4Ps grantees in the municipality dubbed as Search for Natatanging Ina 2023 on March 16, 2023, at the Balaoan Farmers Civic Center where Ms. Maejoy Ruth Ayala was crowned as the Natatanging Ina 2023.
