Signing of Deed of Donation with BFP (March 6, 2023 )

The local government of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli Concepcion executes a Deed of Absolute Donation in favor of BFP represented by its Regional Director CSUPT Rizza D. Simbajon, DSC covering a 400 sqm lot located at Brgy. Antonino for the construction of Balaoan Municipal Fire Station on March 6, 2023. Witnessing the execution of the deed are Supt Bonifacio Sactrapos Jr., Provincial Fire Marshall, SFO2 Arsenio Valdez Jr., OIC of Balaoan Fire Station and Atty. Rollidel Concepcion, SB Secretary. Said Deed of Absolute Donation overturns the Deed of Usufruct earlier executed by the local government of Balaoan in favor of BFP to fast-track the construction of Balaoan Municipal Fire Station.
