STF Technical Conference (June 20, 2023)

Mayor Aleli U. Concepcion presides over the technical conference for the construction of a septage treatment facility (STF) in the municipality at the LGU Conference Hall on June 20, 2023.
The technical conference focuses on the feasibility study prepared by Basic Needs Services (BNS) as well as the costing and financing scheme of the project which is estimated to cost PhP 46 million.
The STF aims to enhance the ability of the municipality to build and operate its own wastewater treatment system especially for septage generated by households, business establishments and institutions.
In attendance are Provincial Government-Environment and Natural Resources Office staff headed by EnP. Rosario Valdez, EnP. Jeslyn Villanueva of the DPWH-Regional Office 1, Engr. Jonas Maronilla of Basic Needs Services (BNS) together with the municipal budget officer, municipal engineer, zoning officer and municipal planning and development coordinator.
