Suman Making Contest (April 28, 2023)

In celebration of Buwan ng Kalutong Pilipino, the local government of Balaoan headed by Mayor Aleli Concepcion conducts a Suman Making Contest on April 28, 2023 at the Balaoan Farmers Civic Center participated in by representatives from the eight districts. Congratulations to District 1, District 7 and District 6 which placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively! Thank you as well to all participants!
