Youth Summit 2023 (September 11, 2023)

Sangguniang Kabataan ng Balaoan and student leaders in various schools in the municipality unite at the Youth Summit 2023, facilitated by the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) on September 11, 2023, at the LGU Conference Hall, in celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan.
Attending said summit as Resource Speakers are Mr. Lawrence Ople, Teacher III at San Juan National High School, Mr. John Carlo Manabat, Social Science Department Head at Saint Louis College, and Ms. Geo Lovan E. Flores from Naguilian, La Union.
